Terms of Service

1. About LuxePharm
LuxePharm is an online store for skin care, personal care and wellness products, delivering to Beirut, Metn and Keserwan. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders
An order is accepted once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot confirm the order with you. You may cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. The total, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps its confirmed price.

4. Payment
Payment is in cash on delivery. Other payment methods, if added, will appear at checkout.

5. Products and information
We source our products through distributors in Lebanon and check batch numbers and expiry dates before dispatch. Product photos and descriptions are for guidance; packaging may vary from the images shown.

6. Health information
Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Always read the label. Before using a product during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for a child, or if you have a medical condition or allergy, ask a doctor or pharmacist. We recommend a patch test before using a new skin care product.

7. Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds policy.

8. Reviews and messages
Reviews and messages you send must be honest and respectful. We may decline or remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

9. Website content
The design, text and photos created for this website belong to LuxePharm. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
