Where do you deliver, and how fast?
We deliver to Beirut, Metn and Keserwan within 24–48 hours. Express same-day delivery costs +$3 on top of the delivery fee.
How do you check products?
Sourced through Lebanese distributors. We check the batch number and expiry date of every product before dispatch.
How do I receive order updates?
We send confirmation, preparation and delivery updates on WhatsApp.
What is the returns policy?
Under Lebanese Consumer Protection Law 659/2005, you may cancel or return an order within 10 days. Custom orders and used or opened products are excluded.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars and include 11% VAT.
