Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to Beirut, Metn and Keserwan. Orders to other areas cannot be accepted for now.

2. Order confirmation
After you place an order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the products and their availability before dispatch. If an item is unavailable, we suggest an alternative or remove it from your order. You only pay for what is delivered.

3. Delivery times
Standard delivery arrives within 24–72 hours of confirmation. Express same-day delivery is available for an extra $3 when we confirm on WhatsApp that it is possible for your order. Delivery may take longer on public holidays or when road or security conditions affect deliveries; we will keep you informed.

4. Delivery fees
Standard delivery costs $5, and express same-day delivery costs $8. Standard delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. The fee is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

5. Payment on delivery
Payment is in cash on delivery. Please check your order before paying, as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. If you decide not to take an order that is correct, only the delivery fee is due.

6. If we can't reach you
Our courier contacts you by phone or WhatsApp before arriving. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order is cancelled; message us to arrange a new delivery.

7. Gift orders
Gift orders can be delivered to another address within our delivery areas, together with your gift message.
